Residents of HDB properties of Marine Parade-Braddell Heights Town are able to book the common facilities within their estate for functions and funerals. Bookings to use the facilities are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subjected to the Town Council’s approval.

While you can engage any contractor for household repairs, we advise that you only engage licensed workers and plumbers for electrical and sanitary works.

Marine Parade-Braddell Heights Town Council provides FREE Bulky Item Removal Service.

• Limited to 3 movable items per household per month
• Additional Items will be charged accordingly by the conservancy contractor
• For HDB residents within Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC and Mountbatten SMC, not for commercial shops
