A: We can provide this under our Business Version and even customise your platform according to your requirements.


Q: Do you provide insights on the number of card shares

A: Our platform captures the number of card shares and can be exported externally via csv or pdf.


Q: Are we able to scan a paper name card and import the data into the platform? NEW!

A: Yes, we have this scan function which incorporates AI to better capture the information on the paper card and export them to the platform and email.


Q: Can our cards support NFC enabled physical cards linked to their digital profile

A: Certainly. However, NFC cards are optional add-on and comes with a one-time additional cost.

 

Q: Is there a free trial available to users?

A: Please select the Premium Plan when you register an account to enjoy 7 days free trial.

 

Q: How do I share my card?

A: You can share by QR code, WhatsApp, email, social media, etc

 

Q: If I order more cards, do I get any discounts?

A: Yes, we have volume discount in our annual subscription as follows:

1-49 cards: $20 per card per year

50-99 cards: $18 per card per year

100-499 cards: $16 per card per year

500 and above: $14 per card per year

 

Q: How to save my card to Home Screen?

A: Android: For Chrome browser, click on the 3 dots at the top right corner and add to Home Screen.

IOS: Click on share button and add to Home Screen.

 

Q: Any limit to how many times I can share the card?

A: No, there is no limit to the number of times that you can share the card as long as you have internet connection.

 

Q: I edited my card but it doesn't seem to be updated on my phone.

A: Please clear the cache on your browser of your phone and reload the url again.

 

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

A: Yes, you can upgrade by paying the difference while any downgrade will result in an extension to your

expiry date as we do not provide a refund for payments made.

 

Q: If I add cards along the way, will I end up with multiple expiry dates?

A: No, we will stick to the first expiry date of the card you created and the rest will follow this date and the pricing will be prorated accordingly. We do this to simplify your management of payment when it comes to renewal.

 

Q: Will I be notified when my expiry is due?

A: Yes, an email notification will be sent 30 days before expiry and another 7 days before expiry. If no payment is received before expiry, your account will be locked and deleted after 30 days.

Q: I am concerned about data security and personal privacy policy.

A: We understand the concerns about data security and have taken great efforts to protect ourselves against malware and viruses. We conform to the requirements of CSA Cybersecurity Certification and were awarded the Cyber Essentials Mark. We also limit the access to such important data to only a few key personnel for the purpose of providing you the support and we do not sell these data to 3rd parties.

 

Q: What if a staff is promoted or his phone number changes?

A: You can easily edit the personal information via the User Dashboard and save the update. The new information will be immediately shown on your card when refreshed.

 

Q: Can I replace a staff who has resigned with a new hire?

A: Yes, you can replace the staff by editing the information via the User Dashboard.

 

Q: What are the modes of payment available?

A: We accept payment via Stripe, Bank Transfer or Paynow.

 

Q: What is the currency used in the pricing?

A: All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollar.
